Starting your project
Our process begins with a complementary on-site visit to assess your specific requirements and preferences. Following this initial consultation, we address any additional inquiries via email to ensure complete clarity. We then prepare a detailed proposal outlining the fundamental setup, associated costs, and various customizable options tailored to your needs. This proposal remains flexible, allowing for adjustments based on your feedback. Once finalized, we develop a comprehensive project plan. The overall budget will depend on several factors, including the availability of essential equipment on-site or the need for procurement through DS-Consult, among other considerations.
Hardware
We recommend Synology NAS for our clients and use it internally as well. For complex private network configurations, we rely on Ubiquiti routers. Clients should ensure they have a reliable business-grade internet connection. Our charges are based solely on the time spent configuring the systems. Additionally, we offer an optional hardware warranty of up to three years for an annual fee, covering the replacement of faulty disks, batteries, or entire units if necessary.
Monitoring and maintenance
The cost of monitoring and maintenance is determined by the size of your system and is billed annually. If we manage your system, we assume full responsibility for all modifications and configurations. However, any unauthorized changes will result in the immediate termination of the monitoring contract, with the full annual fee being non-refundable.
